Clean Filters & Panel
The first steps of the servicing start from the outer parts. The unit cover will be removed, and the air filter will be cleaned thoroughly.
Remove Water Tray
The water tray functions to gather water before it flows to the drainage pipe. All debris stuck inside will be cleaned and vacuumed.
Clean Indoor Coil
The technician will check if all the fan coils are working properly by inspecting for proper condensation.
Flush Drainage Tray
The vacuum will be left attached to clear any clogged dirt or jelly inside, preventing future leaks.
Check Outdoor Coil
The technician will check if all the fan coils are working properly by inspecting for proper condensation.
Check Refrigerant
We double-check the outdoor condenser unit to make sure there is still enough gas. Compressor pressure will be assessed if necessary.
Clean Evaporator Coil
The evaporator coil will be checked, followed by vacuuming and brushing the blower wheel for smooth rotation.
Reattach Water Tray
After all cleaning steps are done, the water tray will be reattached. We ensure it clips on properly to prevent leaks.
Tighten Components
We double-check and tighten all electrical components and fan bearings to ensure no loose parts or rattling noises.
Final Wipe & Reassembly
Wipe down, clean any leftover water, and ensure the unit is dry. We reattach the FCU Cover, and your unit is ready!
