Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (greenstaraircon.com.sg) and booking our air conditioning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Green Star Aircon provides professional air conditioning services in Singapore, including but not limited to:

  • General Aircon Servicing
  • Chemical Wash & Overhaul
  • Aircon Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Aircon Installation and Relocation
  • Topping up of Refrigerant Gas

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Booking: Service appointments can be made via our website form, phone call, or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an acknowledgment from our team.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or upon our technician's arrival may be subject to a transport or cancellation fee.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices quoted for our services are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices may vary depending on the specific model, capacity (BTU), and condition of the air conditioner.
  • Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept payment via PayNow, Bank Transfer, or Cash. Invoices will be provided upon request.

5. Warranty

We stand strictly by the quality of our workmanship. We provide a limited workmanship warranty of 30 days on our repair and servicing jobs. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, pre-existing wear and tear, physical damage, or interference by unauthorized third parties after our service completion. Any replacement parts come with their respective manufacturer's warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Green Star Aircon takes utmost care in handling your property, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the execution of our services to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law. Our maximum liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute.

7. User Conduct

Customers are expected to provide clear access to the air conditioning units and a safe working environment for our technicians. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed hazardous or unsafe.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be updated on this page. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
